This wonderful Indian/Spanish Inspiration was submitted by Thailys (Chaly's Cakes and Delights) from Pretoria, South Africa.

The first level of this cake was a moist chocolate cake with dulce de leche, the second level was a vanilla cake with pastry french cream and almonds and the third level was a lemon and poppy seed cake with lemon buttercream.
