Choco Snaplets

This recipe for choco snapletscame from the back of a cereal box, Tesco's Choco Snaps (similar to Coco Pops). They are easy to make and my kids loved them!I didn't have a small enough rectangular pan so I used a small shallow round tin which gave me slices instead of bars.

To make some you will need to gather together the following ;

INGREDIENTS

300g marshmallows

50g butter

160g Choco Snaps (or similar)

METHOD

Lightly grease a 20x25cm or similar sized dish.

In a large saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter.

Gently stir in the marshmallows and allow to fully melt.

Stir until the butter and marshmallows are blended, remove the pan from the heat.

Stir in the Choco Snaps and stir until the cereal is completely coated with the marshmallow mixture.

Spread the mixture out into the prepared dish, chill for 1 hour to set and cut into bars.

Enjoy your Choco Snaplets!
